Taking Control: The ADHD Podcast was named one of the Best ADHD Podcasts of 2015! So, I was thrilled to be invited to be a special guest for Episode 240: Practicing Mindfulness for Your ADHD!
I joined ADHD Coach Nikki Kinzer and broadcaster Pete Wright (also an adult with ADHD) to discuss mindfulness and why practicing mindfulness for your ADHD is such an important topic, getting all sorts of attention. We also talked about MindfullyADD and how to get started with your own mindfulness practice without piling on the “shoulds.”
During this half-hour-long conversation, we explored the concept of “Do it now; Use it later,” heard how Pete loves to do his own dishes, and listened to me sloppily describe Sloppy Sleeves (giving it the wrong title!).
